Yes of course.... feel free to post this. It will be an honor. BTW, I am  totally open about my diagnosis and I am happy if I can help.

Ok...You got me! LOL
Hi Kin!
I have been looking at your e-mails for the last year and saying to myself, “you really need to get back to Qi Gong"...and I keep using the excuse that your form is different, and that it’s not what I started with...the bottom line is that I am still doing absolutely nothing for my health, and in doing nothing for my health I am doing nothing for the health of others in my shoes, and why am I cheating myself?, and why can't I just do it!,  and...I could go on...but you get the point right?
SO! I'm going to try once again to get to you, and practice...because I am in incredible pain, and I know it will be really hard for me, but I know the only way to live is movement, and the right kind of movement and intention. As I am writing this I am telling myself that I will not follow through because of the weight of complacency that I carry but I am writing you in hope that I can "just do it" and follow through...so can you tell me where the classes are again, and how much they are...and if you have any advice on how to keep the suction cups off my backside I sure would appreciate it!
Thank you for being who you are and continuing your commitment to your work.

P.S. Just in case you are wondering who I am...I am the woman with AIDS and Hepatitis C who at the time was recovering from a motorcycle accident...I had studied Qi Gong for a short time in Flagstaff Arizona with incredible results.

Nothing seems to be constant
Even Yin/Yang are evolving
Only change is constant
Yin/Yang are constantly changing
Change is a law of Nature
Everything will come to past
As changes of Yin/Yang mature
Only Qi will ever last
